Blue L (Tetris)

Much like the Yellow T and the Purple S, this is one of the hard pieces that requires a lot of box cutting and tape to make.

I think I eventually had so much tape on here at one point that it was becoming impossible to paint over because of the type of plastic sticky tape is and how paint would just fall off. Eventually, I had to coat around two or three layers of blue paint just to make this work.

Suggestion for next time (if there is a next time): use an adhesive that lacks the gloss & shine that regular tape has. Perhaps masking tape or a better way of doing the whole box thing.
